Lunch today was delicious! We had shrimp scampi over linguini and salmon Oregnato with rice and fresh broccoli. Serving portions were generous - we each left with doggie bags. Don't expect opulence - it's a small cozy family-type restaurant. The food came quickly and our server stopped by frequently to see if we needed anything else. I can't wait to go back!

I have been here twice with my sister. The second time in, the waiter remembered who we were and where we sat. Very personable. The food is delicious and reasonably priced for the size portion you get. Highly recommend Cafe Italia!!

I’ve been here so many times. My whole family and everyone I’ve brought absolutely love cafe Italia. Easily the best Italian food in the area. I love the vodka sauce, tortellini michealangelo, pasta fagioli, even linguine with clams was great!

Food was amazing. Nick was the best with the card tricks! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. When I am back in Grapevine TX I will definitely visit again!

Very popular restaurant just near Grapvine old town, food is authentic, service always fantastic, atmosphere kid too dark and old but acceptable.

Amazing food and service! Granted, we went at 4pm, so it wasn't crazy busy, there were about 5 other tables there. The food was amazing, except for the butter they provide for their bread. I got eggplant parm & my husband got a Tortellini dish. We both loved it! Highly recommend!

Excellent Italian. I usually go for Chicken Parmesan, last time I tried the Chicken Arrabiata and was very impressed. Chicken tomato cream sauce, mushrooms, jalapenos. New favorite.
